GSA Programs are on-the-job worksessions designed specifically to address the key concerns around building high performance teams. Similar to realtime simulations, each one fosters the skills, tools and understanding necessary to timely quality results. More importantly, since the issues addressed are part of the organization’s realtime agenda, results are demonstrated in the worksessions.

  • FASTart: getting the project ontrack

What: Establish and align the organization for optimal performance on key large project, including key deliverables, dependencies, timelines and monitoring.

How: One-day interactive worksession

Who: Intact management teams and associated stakeholders

Where: Conference facility with average group size ~25


 

  • FASTrax: managing complex cross-functional projects

What: Implementing successful project skills to address realtime planning, monitoring and trouble-shooting requirements of managing complex projects, especially related to cross-functional or cross-organizational partnering.

How: One-day experiential worksession using realtime projects in process or getting started

Who: Mid-level and senior team leads

Where: Conference facility with average group size ~50

 

  • FastConsumer: the “right-side-up” organization, aligned to meet consumer needs

What: Series of one-day workshops on various aspects of managing a consumer-driven organizations, including how to stay close to the market, logistics, teambuilding, and the practical aspects of marketing, sales, planning and administration projects.
