Programs are on-the-job worksessions designed specifically to address
the key concerns around building high performance teams. Similar to
realtime simulations, each one fosters the skills, tools and
understanding necessary to timely quality results. More importantly,
since the issues addressed are part of the organization’s
realtime agenda, results are demonstrated in the worksessions.
What: Implementing High Performance Teamwork. One-day workshop experience
with intact teams focused on the practical elements of breakthrough
performance for teams.

What: Series of one-day workshops on various aspects of managing a
consumer-driven organizations, including how to stay close to the
market, logistics, teambuilding, and the practical aspects of
marketing, sales, planning and administration projects.
